Biography

Elizabeth Gonzalez-Sussman is a partner in Olshan's Corporate Law Practice, and acts as counsel to clients in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder activist situations. Elizabeth regularly assists both public and privately-held companies in capital raising transactions, tender and exchange offers, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities law matters, including SEC reporting and corporate governance. Elizabeth has consistently received accolades and recognition from client and peer organizations, including Crain's New York Business (Notable Women in Law), New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Super Lawyers Top Women Attorneys in the New York Metro Area.
