Greg Sivinski

Biography

Greg Sivinski joined Microsoft in 2003, where he has focused on US and foreign competition laws relating to single firm conduct, joint ventures, merger control worldwide, the Internet, and online platforms. Greg’s experience has included government regulation and enforcement concerning Windows PC operating systems, enterprise network software, and online services such as search and search advertising. The intersection of“Big Data”and competition law, and recent platform regulation initiatives aimed at online consumer services and enterprise clouds, are a current focus. Greg also advises Microsoft’s AI & Research Group on competition law and policy affecting Microsoft’s AI and intelligent platform cloud initiatives,Bing search, Bing Ads.
