Biography

Susan Greenspon Rammelt is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for SmileDirectClub, LLC and Camelot Venture Group, LLC, the private equity fund that backed SmileDirectClub since its start in 2014. Prior to her taking on the General Counsel role at SmileDirectClub and CVG, Ms. Greenspon Rammelt was a partner in the Chicago office of Foley & Lardner, LLP. Her practice there in the corporate group had a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate counseling, particularly in the retail and beauty industries.
