Biography

Philippe Weber co-heads the NKF Transactions Team. He regularly acts on some of the largest and most complex M&A and capital market deals in Switzerland. Chambers Global and other legal directories distinguish him as a top tier lawyer in these fields. His M&A experience covers public and private transactions in various industries, incl. TMT, and extends to domestic and cross-border acquisitions, sales auctions and other divestitures, mergers, JVs and reorganisations.
