Biography

Prior to founding FEP Capital in 2007, Rick served as a senior finance, corporate development and investor relations officer of four publicly traded companies, including Javelin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which merged with Pfizer, Inc. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at investment banks Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers, advising public companies, family offices, venture capital firms and hedge funds. Rick specialized in banking biotechnology companies . He has been involved in a number of highly successful IPOs, debt, equity offerings and strategic transactions. Rick is as an investor in several biotech companies and is a Senior Advisor to Bionest Partners of Paris and New York.
