Biography

Samir R Gandhi is a Senior Partner who heads the competition practice at AZB & Partners and deals with a broad range of competition law and policy issues, as well as international trade and WTO matters. He advises on all areas of Competition Law and Policy and has previously served as Counsel to the Competition Commission of India (CCI). He advises clients on Anti-Trust Enforcement cases, and Merger Notifications in India and counsels them on the use of leniency proceedings as well as Antitrust Compliance issues. He is also involved with the work of the ICN as a non-governmental adviser and is a member of the Antitrust Committee of the International Bar Association.
