Biography

Stuart Chemtob is Senior Of Counsel in the Antitrust Group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on government conduct investigations in the U.S. and Asia, global antitrust counseling, and litigation involving antitrust, IP licensing and standards setting. Prior to joining WSGR, Stuart was Special Counsel for International Trade in the Antitrust Division of USDOJ, focusing on the interface of trade and competition policy. Stuart represented USDOJ on the U.S. Government's interagency Trade Policy Staff Committee, led US negotiations on the competition chapters of several FTAs, and co-led the U.S. negotiations under the U.S.-Japan regulatory reform dialogues.
