Biography

Angie specialises in Asia Pacific competition law (with a focus on the competition laws of Australia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore). Angie was one of the external legal consultants advising on the drafting and design of Hong Kong's competition law. Angie commenced her legal career in Australia and is currently based in Sydney. However, she has spent a significant portion of her career in Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore. As such, she has extensive knowledge of competition law issues across both Australia and Asia. She brings depth to multi-jurisdictional merger filings for complex and large-scale transactions and cross-border conduct issues (including cartel and abuse of market power investigations) by combining international experience with 'on-the-ground' local knowledge.
