Biography

Marco Pierettori, Investindustrial, Chief Legal Officer Marco joined Investindustrial in 2009 and he is the Chief Legal Officer. Previously, he worked at Lehman Brothers as head of the Legal & Compliance Division for the Italian operations and, prior to that, he was an associate with the US law firm Davis, Polk and Wardwell in their New York and London offices. He is a member of both the New York and the England bars. Recently, he received the European Counsel of the Year Award 2015 by the International Law Office. He received an M.Sc. in Law cum laude from La Sapienza University in Rome and a Master of Law from the University of Virginia where he was a Fulbright scholar.
