John Daghlian

Biography

John Daghlian has been active in the private equity sector since 1990. He has advised on an enormous range of transactions and funds, and has been involved in the deals at the heart of the growth of the secondaries industry, including advising on the first European $1 billion deal. He has worked on PIPE deals, permanent capital vehicles (publicly traded and privately held), every kind of fund structure, innumerable management team spin outs, and innovative fund structures. Recent examples of work include pioneering the use of onshore structures for Swedish funds, working to help resolve the Abraaj morass and major GP-led secondary deals.
