Olivier Mosimann

Biography

Olivier Mosimann is a Senior Associate at Kellerhals Carrard in Switzerland. He has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration proceedings conducted under institutional rules and in ad hoc proceedings, involving various sectors (including pharmaceutical, chemical, construction, high-tech, energy, consumer goods, financial-service, defense and sport sectors). Olivier holds an LL.M. degree with certificate of specialization in law and technology from UC Berkeley, a doctor of law (Dr. iur.) and a licentiate in law (lic. iur.) from University of Basel. He is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts. Olivier acts in arbitration proceedings conducted in English and German, is fluent in French and has a basic knowledge of Russian.
