Biography

Elmar Drabek, is a partner at DORDA Attorneys at Law (DORDA), a leading Austrian full service law firm, and heads DORDA's immigration and nationality practice group. Prior to joining DORDA in 2004, Elmar represented asylum seekers and migrants in landmark appellate cases for UNHCR, the Austrian Red Cross, Amnesty International and Caritas Austria. Elmar practices in the fields of immigration & nationality, private client and regulatory & state aid. His clients include multinational corporations headquartered in India, the Russian Federation and the United States, high net worth individuals and non- governmental organizations. Elmar is a member of the Austrian Bar Association, the IBA and VisaLaw International
