Biography

Meike Geiken Head of International Labor & Immigration Law Company: Siemens AG Location: Germany, Munich Meike Geiken has over 15 years of professional experience as a specialized employment lawyer. She currently oversees international labor and immigration law at Siemens AG, supporting and advising all Siemens group companies on cross-border transfers of personnel with interfaces to international social security, corporate and personnel tax law. Her focus is on the legal analysis, risk assessment and definition of business models for Siemens' international business. In addition, Meike overseas and supports current Siemens` initiatives (e.g. Brexit, EU legislation, mobile working, HR@cloud, knowledge management, M&A) from an HR perspective. Before joining Siemens in 2010, Meike worked for more than 5 years as an employment lawyer for an international fashion company. She completed her law studies in Germany, United Kingdom and the United States and was admitted to the German Bar Association since 2005.
