Biography

Rosemary Barber Lanch Rose has recently joined Philip Morris International as Head of Global Mobility having previously held the role of Head of International Mobility for BP. Rose leads a talented team of mobility specialists who are responsible for supporting PMI’s goal of deploying strategic talent around the globe. In this and previous roles, Rose has responsibility for ensuring the services of mobility, whether for international new hires, international assignments or domestic moves, are delivered seamlessly and with minimal disruption to the individual, their family and the business. Within the Global Mobility function, Rose has responsibility for all aspects of client service delivery, policy, payroll, technology, vendor management, and specifically immigration and tax as they relate to people movement. Rose is focussed on integrating global mobility with the talent management agenda at PMI and creating a truly strategic talent mobility function delivering best in class assignee engagement, a digital consumer experience and business partnership.
