Bernard Caris

Biography

Bernard Caris is a member of the Dutch-speaking section of the Brussels Bar Association since 1994, and he is a partner at the Brussels based law firm Younity. His immigration practice is focused on corporate immigration. He assists clients with obtaining single/work permits (employees), professional cards (self-employed), …, always taking into account the overall situation (tax and social security, long term residence, citizenship). Mr. Caris is a regular speaker about immigration law matters at various conferences. “Who's Who Legal: Corporate Immigration” has recognized him as a leading practitioner since 2005, and as a “Thought Leader” since 2017. He is an IBA member, an AILA International Associate, and the Belgian member of ABIL.
