He is listed in Best Lawyers in America. Scott Borene is a past Director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and past world-wide co-Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Immigration Committee. Mr. Borene is Editor-in-Chief of many immigration law reference books, including Global Immigration Guide: Crossing Borders for Business, and Global Immigration Guide: A Country-by-Country Survey, AILA’s most comprehensive books on worldwide work visas.
