Biography

Yuval is the founder of Horn & Co., Law Offices in Tel Aviv, Israel and is the Co-Chair of the IBA Technology Law Committee. Yuval specializes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings (US, UK, Israel), international corporate reorganizations and all legal aspects of operations of high tech and life sciences companies, including licensing and sale of technology, joint ventures, commercial transactions and labor law issues. Yuval was identified by The International Who’s Who of Life Science Lawyers in 2013 and again in 2015 as one of the 5 leading individuals worldwide in life sciences transactions. Since 2008 Yuval has been ranked by the leading legal guides as an expert in M&A and technology and IP transactions.
