Biography

Alberto Prado, VP, Head of Philips HealthWorks Alberto is the Head of Philips HealthWorks. HealthWorks’ mission is to accelerate breakthrough innovation in health technology, and it does so by partnering cross-functionally with internal teams, incubating internal business ventures, and engaging externally with startups. Fueled by a passion for innovation early on, Alberto started his professional career in management consultancy with mobile operator start-ups across Europe and Asia. He then joined several multinational companies in telecom, IT, and healthcare to lead global teams and shape innovation strategies. Alberto graduated in Engineering and Economics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
