Biography

Cornelia studied at the universities of Leipzig and Tübingen. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Cornelia’s practice areas are M&A and corporate law. She specialises in advising and representing international clients in complex strategic national and cross-border M&A transactions, including sell and buy side mandates and joint ventures as well as on strategic carve-outs. She is Gleiss Lutz country relationship partner for the Russian Federation and CIS and co-heads the Gleiss Lutz focus group Energy.
