Biography

Massimo Calderan is a senior partner of the Swiss firm Altenburger Ltd legal + tax with offices in Geneva, Lugano and Zurich. He heads the Corporate / M&A Team of Altenburger and advises and represents clients in commercial law matters, corporate law matters and M&A. His practice focuses on technology companies, including in the automotive, aerospace, aircraft, helicopter and IT sectors and related services. Massimo regularly organizes and speaks at seminars of various Swiss or international institutions.
