Jacques Bouyssou
Biography
Jacques Bouyssou represents French and international clients before State courts and arbitral tribunals in connection with commercial disputes, as well as white-collar crime. He is recognized for his extensive qualifications in complex international litigation. One of the founding partners of Alerion in 2003, he leads the litigation, arbitration and white-collar crime practice as well as the Spanish & Latam desk. As a member of the Paris Bar Council from 2015 to 2017, he was in charge of the Paris Bar international committee and formed the NGO Observatoire International des Avocats en Danger, as well as the association, Paris Place de Droit, which brings together different key players who contribute to the international development of the Paris legal market.
