Biography

Antonia is a partner of Portolano Cavallo since 2012. She has over 20-years experience in advising domestic and international clients on Mergers & Acquisition, Private Equity and Venture Capital operations. She is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on the above subject matters. She has also authored various articles on those topics, which have appeared in a number of Italian newsletters and online magazines. She has been selected as a startup mentor for several programs, such as Endeavour, Unicredit StartLab, Boost Heroes, Z-Cube. Antonia is an active member of IBA, every year she contributes actively to the organization of the IBA Startup Annual Conference. She is also counsel of the European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA).
