Biography

Thom Erik Borgen is a corporate lawyer and has extensive experience with financing companies, M&A, listed stock and securities, capital markets and compliance. He is experienced in private equity and venture capital markets, nationally as well as internationally. He was previously partner in an Oslo based investment company. Borgen has operative experience from developing start-up companies to companies quoted on the stock-exchange within the TMT sector, oil services and E&P petroleum companies.
