Biography

Nigel has extensive experience of advising on all aspects of finance, cross border M&A and restructuring transactions and he combines this with managing professionals, teams and offices. Nigel qualified as a UK lawyer in 1999 and in Australia in 2007. He has managed offices in London and Beijing, as well as working in Sydney and Hong Kong.
