Biography

Isabel’s expertise is in complex international corporate transactions: company acquisitions, venture-capital transactions, mergers, joint ventures and other business cooperation agreements, as well as corporate governance and group restructuring. She also advises on commercial contracts. She has focused her practice on representing public and private companies, venture capital firms and other strategic investors, as well as VC-backed emerging companies in the technology, media, entertainment, financial services and retail sectors. She has also significant experience in real estate transactions and renewable energy projects. Isabel has been involved in several crossborder corporate transactions with the United States, Canada and Latin America and has worked at the Cuatrecasas New York office for the last few years.
