Nick Richards

Biography

Nick Richards is a senior associate in the venture capital team at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, and specialises in VC and M&A transactions in intellectual property rich industries including software, financial technology, digital media, life sciences and medical devices. Nick is currently on secondment as the general counsel of Cambridge Innovation Capital, which has raised £275m to date to build leading businesses out of the rapidly growing, IP centred companies from the University of Cambridge and the Cambridge ecosystem.
