Biography

David is a corporate lawyer recognised for his expertise in the venture capital and technology sectors. He works closely with institutional investors, corporates, founders and management teams, including a number of the leading technology focused VCs in the UK. David is a University of Manchester graduate, having studied BA Law with Politics. He has an EIS Diploma from the EIS Association and has been a member of the drafting committee for the BVCA model documents.
