Biography

Claire Pardo is General Counsel at Parkwalk Advisors, the most active investor in the UK and the second most active investor globally in the University spin-out sector. Claire has over 10 years' experience of M&A and corporate law, having practised at Macfarlanes, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Withers. Claire gained an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London before converting to Law.
