Phil Robinson
Biography
After serving for 11 years in the Royal Marines, Phil retrained as a solicitor and at the start of 2012 joined Linklaters’ Corporate department. At Linklaters, Phil advised on various public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures and general client work. Phil left Linklaters at the end of 2018 and joined Ignition Law, a law firm focussed on advising entrepreneurs and start-up and scale-up businesses. Since joining Ignition, Phil has supported numerous founders with establishing their businesses, fund raises and beyond.
