Clare Murray
Biography
Clare Murray is Managing Partner of specialist UK employment and partnership law firm CM Murray LLP. She and her colleagues represent multinational employers, senior executives, professional services firms, and equity partners on employment and partnership law issues, and the Firm is ranked by the legal directories as Tier 1 for both of its practice areas. Clare has extensive expertise in the strategic handling of partner conduct and performance issues, partner team moves and partner restrictive covenants, as well as partner discrimination and whistleblowing issues and related litigation. Clare has advised on many sexual harassment matters relating to law firms and other professional services firms.
