After 30 years in the field of HR, much of which was at director level, Rob set up his own people consultancy: Rob Hind HR Limited. From advisory work through to thought leadership, everything Rob does is about delivering the people strategies that shape organisational success. He is also the Chair and a Director of HR in Law, a successful training and networking company.
