Biography

Ian heads TSMP’s Employment & Labour team, and is a partner in its Dispute Resolution department, practicing both international arbitration and corporate & commercial litigation. His practice has a specific emphasis on contentious and transactional employment law, particularly on issues of non-competition, wrongful dismissal, harassment, retirement and re-employment, industrial relations and data privacy and confidentiality.
