Biography

Raditya Kosasih is Associate General Counsel for Technology, Data and IP at GO-JEK. He oversees data protection-related matters and manages GOJEK's IP portfolio. Before joining GOJEK, Kosasih worked in Presidential Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP4) and Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), focusing on the development of e-licensing as part of PTSP initiative. Kosasih also has experience in working for top-tier law firms, handling corporate matters and capital market transactions. Kosasih has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia and an LLM (Advanced) in Law and Digital Technologies from Leiden University in the Netherlands. He wrote a thesis on “Protection of Personal Data in Data Sharing Between E-Government Systems: Case Study of Investment Electronic Licensing System” to complete his LLM.
