For this latest issue of the Arbitration Committee bulletin, we are delighted to present eighteen submissions, offering a wealth of diverse and insightful content to our readers.

The edition features reports on arbitration-related developments from multiple jurisdictions around the world, including Australia, India, Romania, Thailand, Turkey, and regions such as the European Union and Latin America.  It includes thought provoking analyses on topics like crypto disputes; mediation of investment disputes; pre-action disclosures in aid of arbitration; and the future of investment arbitration in the European Union.  We also feature a report from the IBA Arbitration Day we held in Istanbul earlier this year, which gave us a chance to gather again in person after the hiatus imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

We hope that you enjoy reading these articles, and as always, we thank our contributors, our Newsletter Editors, and our Editorial Board members for their hard work in bringing this new issue of the Newsletter to our readers.

We look forward to seeing many of you at the 2022 IBA Annual Meeting in Miami.
