As many proven initiatives and the very principles underlying corporate DEI face greater legal scrutiny, what role can lawyers play in supporting ongoing commitments to DEI? This panel will explore how recent developments in the United States affect the future of DEI in business, whether companies can (or should) look to Europe to lead in this area, and how global DEI practice might evolve.
