Description

This session will introduce experiences in establishing new companies and startups around the globe, and discuss winning combinations between entrepreneurs and business lawyers, covering the topic of how lawyers can use an entrepreneur mindset to practice law. This session will also show the successful experience of lawyers in launching startups, introduce challenges the lawyers have faced and overcome, and foresee future challenges. In the first part of this session, two groups, including lawyers and clients, will learn how the lawyer supported the client to establish business from the client’s perspective and what was key in providing such a service from the lawyer’s perspective. In the second part of the session, the speakers will discuss winning combinations between entrepreneurs and business lawyers.
