From hate speech to revenge porn, the ease with which words and images are uploaded, transferred and viewed means that more and more questions are being asked of internet platform providers regarding the content that powers their businesses. This session will explore these current issues and look at the ethical and legal frameworks that have been established and which may need to be amended in light of new technology.
