There have been many changes to cartel enforcement in Asia over the last few years, including the establishment of new authorities, new regimes, new leniency rules and new approaches to settlement. This session will examine which standards – ICN, OECD, peer review – are important Interaction with anticorruption and other regulatory regimes is always challenging, even for the most developed authorities. This panel will also discuss recent experiences and practices in cartel enforcement in Asia, what lawyers and authorities in this region and elsewhere need to know.
