Description

Bold about change – how technology is being embraced by shrewd litigators and courts The data explosion is one of the reasons why smart litigators realise the use of technology in the courtroom and in preparation for trial is a critical necessity to improve the delivery of justice, speed and efficiency of the court system. With technology rapidly developing, courts have either transformed or are urgently playing catch-up. The panel will discuss technological transformations and piloting experiments in the courts of seven global litigation hot spots, and what technology is or if it should be available.
