Description

Third party litigation funding has been employed in several countries around the world and is gaining a foothold in many other jurisdictions. This panel will provide a basic understanding of litigation funding and how it has developed, the types of claims (antitrust, cartel law and other) that lend themselves to litigation financing, legal and ethical issues implicated by litigation funding arrangements and the regulation, if any, of this growing and complex industry.
