Asia is the world’s key growth engine, with China, India and Southeast Asia offering a very large consumer base and low-cost workforce. China and India are becoming increasingly dominant on the world stage, growing in excess of seven per cent as they develop sustainable economies and expand their reach globally.
As the region is diverse, so are the complexities associated with the transactions, where both macro and micro assessment of risks are necessary. This panel will assess the risks associated with the transactions under the following categories:
