Description

This panel will discuss tax incentive regimes applicable to specific sectors of the economy (renewable energies, intellectual property, capital markets and cost sharing centers) that have led to an increasing number of cross-border transactions and reorganisations in past years. The aim will be to focus on recent transactions and those to come in the near future.
