A. International arbitration: a quick guide to international arbitration 

In this sub-topic, the Speaker will explain, among other things, the requirements and procedures for international arbitration and the enforcement of international arbitration awards under the Indonesian Arbitration Law. The Speaker will also explain any trends in industry-specific international arbitration, any noteworthy cases or examples of new case law precedents, etc.

B. Understanding alternative dispute resolution and its effectiveness for resolving a dispute 

In this sub-topic, the Speaker will explain, among other things, the type of alternative dispute resolution, whether there have been any recent regulatory changes or interesting developments, any noteworthy cases or examples of new case law precedents, the alternative dispute resolution method which is most commonly recommended and the reason, etc.
