Description
The session will examine and explain the current status and ‘mechanics’ of self-reporting in countries like Switzerland and the US and what companies and their counsel can expect when self-reporting. The panel will discuss recent landmark cases such as last year’s TeliaSonera settlement with the Department of Justice.
