Our traditional final session will, this year, focus on the legal matters outside of the cap table that start-ups and scale ups encounter when growing across Europe and beyond. Our panel members have first-hand experience as in-house counsels in some of the fastest growing companies in Europe and will discuss the diverse needs their companies have and how external lawyers can support the companies.
