This interactive roundtable session will focus on some of the most relevant tax and legal issues that start-up entrepreneurs face in the initial phase of their business. The speakers will moderate the discussion of topics such as choosing the appropriate corporate and tax structure, financing, managing the legal aspects of employment and intellectual property.
