Tax evasion remains a subject of great concern by many jurisdictions. This panel explores how various jurisdictions are devising news laws and innovative strategies to prosecute criminal tax evasion and the unfortunate lawyers, bankers and trust professionals who are ensnared in the criminal tax evasion web. In this session, we discuss how to spot the risks and avoid the problems.
