Description
As 21st century economies face social and environmental challenges and companies struggle with whether they should put purpose before profit, there is an intense ongoing debate about the role of antitrust. Should competition law enforcement focus on maximisation of consumer welfare or should it include other goals? Additionally, what is covered by a consumer welfare standard? This panel brings together enforcers, academics and practitioners representing different views on this hot topic.
