Description
Investments in Latin American countries have increased significantly in the last 20 years. What are the main conclusions and results? Let the experts make the final decision. Following the great turn-out in Sydney, Rome and Seoul, this roundtable workshop will focus on views from financial institutions, private equity funds, private companies and lawyers having participated in cross border deals throughout the region. Topics such as defaults and refinancing arrangements, delays, change in law, force majeure, M&A litigation, arbitration and similar will be discussed.
