Description

The moderator will introduce the sessions for the day. They will explain the important points to look out for when reviewing dispute resolution/ arbitration clauses in contracts, how the IBA Guidelines on Drafting the Arbitration Agreement operates, and distribute various sample arbitration clauses in the contracts. The participants will then, in groups, conduct reviews on the given dispute resolution/ arbitration clauses and present back to the audience.
